Capybara
Bengal Tiger |
The Capybara is a mammal that is a native to Southeastern Central and South America. They are rodents, and they do slightly resemble guinea pigs. Capybara tend to be excellent swimmers and divers, and live near bodies of water in most cases. Their diet also consists mainly of aquatic plants, which makes sense considering much of their lives are around water. As you can see this Capybara has a lot of young surrounding it, however they only birth about 2-3 young at a time.

Gorilla
|
These jungle cats are common in India and South East Asia. Tigers are carnivorous, and eat boars/pigs, chimps, birds, and sometimes they can even eat elephants. The typical Bengal Tiger weighs anywhere from 400 to 6oo lbs. Be careful when in a jungle, their stripes have a tendency to hide them from hunters and prey.

Gorillas for the most part are gentle giants. They eat berries, bark, and roots, which means they are herbivores. They are natives from most countries in Midwestern Africa to the Mideast, in countries like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Angola, Cameroon, and the Central African Republic. Gorillas travel in small families consisting of 1-2 males, a few females, and their offspring. Gorillas recognize that the land the walk on could be in another alpha male's territory, so they beat their hands on their chest as a way of communication, as to avoid a "turf war" and unwanted violence. They even have daily schedules that they follow daily.

Indian Cobras live in not only rainforests, but also cultivated lands, such as rice fields. Even though they have their "hoods" and are about eight feet long, these cobras can hide or go underground to hunt. They are extremely venomous* and one of the most dangerous snakes in the world. They have a "modification" where they shoot venom out of their fangs to help them attack things. They lay their eggs in holes in the ground and they can lay anywhere from 8 to 45 eggs at a time.
*the difference between a venomous snake and a poisonous one is if you are bit and you die it's venomous, however if you bite it and you die it's poisonous*
